Take steps to protect yourself from Fraud
Here are steps you can take to increase your security and help protect yourself from identity theft and fraud.
What to do | Why do it | How to do it |

Keep your contact information up to date | We can contact your quickly in the event we see suspicious activity on your account | Log in to the Mobile App from the menu select: Settings, Contact then update your contact information. |
Create the strongest password possible | The stronger your password the stronger the defense against hackers | Log in to the Mobile App from the menu select: Settings, Security, Password. Your password should have at least 12 characters, upper and lowercase letters, numbers and at least one special character. |
Allow push alerts from our mobile app | We can contact your quickly in the event we see suspicious activity on your account | Log in to the Mobile App, from the Menu select: Settings, Alerts, General Alerts. You can also go to Setting, Alerts, Accounts and set notifications when deposits/withdrawals happen in your account. |
Protect your devices | Protects against vulnerabilities that hackers can exploit. | Keeping your phone, tablet and computer up to date with the latest browsers and operating systems |
Enable biometrics | When someone gains access to your personal information, they can pretend to be you online. | Log in to our Security Center to enable biometrics like Touch ID or Face ID to upgrade your overall internet safety. |
